First of all, for those of you that don't know, the "unruly streetz" that you can see is the city of Birmingham and a nearby town called Bromsgrove, the place I grew up in. A few of you may know that I used to live in this area, until I was 14 when I moved down to North Devon, and that obviously means that I have very close friends here. I have one group of boys that I would consider my good mates, with one in particular being my "day one" (basically the a kid I grew up with and did everything with) or best mate. We were travelling up to Birmingham for the weekend, me, my sister and my parents, to attend to a surprise 50th birthday party on the Saturday but we didn't have anything planned for the Friday night. I couldn't waste this opportunity and I planned my own little surprise to see the boys, with exception to my best mate as I let him in on the surpise.

I surprised the boys and then we headed to the train station to get the 6:43 to Birmingham New Street to which we had one night to do as much as possible. In the 4 hours that we spent in the city we managed to see everything there is to see in Birmingham, get a Nandos (the nearest one to me in North Devon is an hour and a half drive away so this was quite a privelage) do a bit of shopping, take some cool pictures, record this video and get a starbucks and we still made it to the station for the last train to Bromsgrove, the 10:33.

So yeah, this video is a like a little "cinematic vlog" of that evening and a little token of memory, plus I had a lot of fun editing this video, even though it took me 40 minutes to finish.

Enjoy.
